Amazing service by Rado!!!! Super friendly. I came to the office without reservation and he managed to find a car in no time. The car was perfect and the road trip I had was amazing!! At the end, the refund was made as soon as I returned the car... but I lost my receipt and he sent me a picture to have it in case I had any issues with my bank. 100% recommended and next time I'm in Bratislava I will use this agency for sure!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

What an awesome experience. I cannot say enough good about this place. Rado was absolutely fantastic!
I walked in with a request to rent the next day, for a week. They had no cars available, but Rado found me one from another place and brought it right to the edge of old town. The price was comparable, but his service was superb, so of course I rented from him. Every bit of the rental process went smoothly. We were able to extend the return time to later in the day, which was needed due to road construction delays.
Usually, the intercity locations like this are more expensive, not the case here. After doing several internet comparisons, they were competitive in price and even less than most. With service like this and the location, there is no need to go elsewhere!

For Americans the process will seem less “official” but this is a legitimate car rental agency with top service. Rado dropped the car off, had a credit card POS to perform transactions,and told us where to deliver when we finished. Process was smooth, clear and honest. Honest business and honest guy. Good option if you’re in Bratislava. Hyundai i20 was a pleasure to drive.

The location is a bit tricky to find but it's actually in the center of the old town.

Très bon accueil de la part de Rado qui s'est montré prévenant et très accomodant. Il a en effet réussi à nous trouver une voiture en un temps record sans que nous ayons réservé à l'avance. Il doit probablement être le seul à pouvoir proposer une location depuis le centre-ville sans avoir besoin d'aller à l'aéroport. C'est un plus. Tout s'est déroulé sans problème aussi bien au check-in qu'au retour de la voiture.
Je vous recommande sans problème cette société.

We hebben hier een auto gehuurd tijdens de vakantie, alles verliep snel. We zijn fantastisch geholpen. En een fijne auto! De borg stond binnen 2 minuten na inlevering weer op de rekening.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση δεδομένου ότι δεν είχαμε κάνει κράτηση. Μας προσφέρθηκε η καλύτερη δυνατή λύση και προσπάθησαν να ικανοποιήσουν κάθε αίτημα μας. Η συναλλαγή ήταν καθαρή και βολική. Μεγάλη διευκόλυνση στο κέντρο της Μπρατισλάβα και το αμάξι ολοκαίνουριο και καθαρό (Hyundai i20). Μόνο αρνητικό, ο περιορισμός χιλιομέτρων (300 χλμ) αλλά η επιπλέον χρέωση (0,25€/χλμ) δεν είναι υπερβολική. Θα ξαναπροτιμηθεί.

Požičovňu hodnotím veľmi kladne, výborná úroveň, komunikácia a ochota 5* zo strany požičovne. Služby využijeme aj v budúcnosti, ak budeme potrebovať.
Samotné zapožičanie auta je veľmi jednoduché, žiadne problémy s kreditnou kartou ako pri iných spoločnostiach.

Veľká spokojnosť, auto čisté, personál prívetivý, všetko dodané načas. Super, určite využijem znova.

S touto požičovňou mám skvelé skúsenosti a keď budem opäť potrebovať určite si auto požičiam od nich.

Zapozicanie vozidla prebehlo bez problemov. S autom som bol spokojny a velmi milo ma prekvapila ochota personalu. :)

AVOID! I requested to book a car on City Rental website - but received no response up after 3 days. Poor service. So I finally decided to hire a car throught a reputable brand at the airport.

Told us by phone the car was available, but then when we showed up the car was apparently broken. The guy didn't bother calling us, instead he wanted us to pay for a car more expensive.
It also says on his website it closes at 8pm, but that is not true, you only can return the car before 5:30. It really looks like a tourist trap!
