I highly recommend this store as Apple Authorized Service Center. My iphone13 pro charging port was not working and they told me that they can fix it for free as long as still under 2 year warranty and luckily it is still within 2 years. I submitted my phone and after one week they fixed my phone and when I got it, it’s almost brand new. Even the battery life became 100% again, some scratches were gone too. I think they replaced the whole housing of my phone. So happy for your service, and I did not pay any single centavo. Thank you.

I had such a pleasant experience visiting this store. I wasn't even planning on buying the new iPhone 13 Pro Max, but as I entered I was greeted by such a friendly bunch, I changed my mind!

Rana, one of the sales associates, really did help me. She explained every step of the trade in procedure and she was very friendly and had a great personality! She was patient and willing to answer all the questions I had!

I bought the phone because of her charismatic personality and her sales pitch! She's a very good employee!.

Very professional place, people are professional, special thanks to Nawaf the manager who fulfil his promise by bringing my Mac studio customised in 8 weeks while on apple site it’s 10-12 weeks. Really happy and encourage everyone to deal with Aleph and specially Nawaf.

I truly appreciate Nawaf @ Granada Mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia! He was extremely knowledgeable! and patient with me he really know his stuff, plus all the employees are so kind, they gave us warm greeting first thing we entered to the store. فرع جميل ومرتب وتعامل الموظفون فيه راقي وخصوصاً الموظفه شيممماء قمة بالأخلاق والذوق كنت ادور عن جهاز ببالي وساعدتني مره بكل التفاصيل اللي احتاجه ، الله يسعدها يارب 💖

متجر الف وكيل معتمد من Apple حديثين نسبياً بالسوق الا انهم اثبتو جدارتهم وبقوة ،يوفروا المجموعة الكاملة من أجهزة 
Mac، iPad، iPhone، Apple Watch، iPod , Apple TV
والعديد من الاكسسوارات لجميع هذة الاجهزة

لديهم عدة خدمات أهما:
١/ خدمة دعم طلاب الجامعات ومنسوبي التعليم خلال العام بالحصول على خصم 5٪ (على بعض الاجهزة)

٢/لديهم خدمة الترقية وهي إستبدال اجهزتك القديمة بجهاز Apple جديد، وهذة الخدمة من قسم المبيعات

٣/ لديهم خدمة الاستبدال (على نفس المواصفات) من قسم الصيانه وهذه الخدمة استفدت منها حقيقةً حيث إنني اشتريت جهاز iPad حديث جداً لابنتي وقد تعرض للتلف بسبب سوء الاستخدام وللأسف لم أُفعّل AppleCare على هذا الجهاز
وطلبت استبدال على نفس المواصفات ودفعت ‫حوالي نصف سعره‬، بدلاً من ان اشتري آخر بسعر جهاز جديد.

يعمل كامل الطاقم بودية ومهنية عالية أخص منهم الاخت هيفاء بالصيانه كانت على مستوى عالي من الكفاءة واللطف والذوق

فروعهم عديده وكل فرع يحتوي على قسم للصيانه فيمكنك الوصول الى الاقرب اليك، سواء للشراء او للصيانه وليس مثل باقي المتاجر لديهم فرع صيانه واحد وعليه ضغط كبير.

السلبيات: ➖
في حال الاستبدال يتم تسجيل طلب والانتظار (من اسبوع الى ٢٠ يوم ) .. مشكلة المتجر هي أنه لا يمتلك مخزونًا كافيًا متوفراً في حال الاستبدال مباشرة

عموماً فيما يتعلق بمنتجات Apple فهم الافضل 👍🏻، أنا راضية تمامًا عن الخدمة، وسأعود إلى هذا المتجر دائماً 💕

قابلت موضف أسمه عبدالحميد في فرع الف غرناطه كان هذا الموضف قمه في الاخلاق ورعاية العميل وكان يوصل المعلومه للزبون بشكل ذكي وبسبط لانك عشان تتعامل مع العملأ لازم تكون لديك كارزما ومعرفه كيف تقدر تتعامل مع كل الاصناف من العملأ على حسب ثقافتهم واعمارهم ومفهومهم للمنتج اللي يبحثون عنه …للامانه موضف تربيته كانت حسنه ولذلك خلقه وأخلاقه قمة بمعنى الكلمه ونحتاج من أبنأنا هذا الشئ وقبل ذلك دينا ونبينا حثنا على هذا الشئ
