One of the worse stores in Riyadh. 3 weeks ago I went to the store and the salesperson sprayed on a perfume test strip for me and told me to keep it with me for few hours and if i like it come back. Tonight i went to the store and the lady who works took a while to realize that someone is in the store, I also had to ask her if she works in the store or not. She immediately said we don’t sell any perfumes and when i told her i was here three weeks ago and this is a sample from the strip she looked surprised, i asked her why you’re opening the store in the mall she said we only make perfumes, then is said make me one please, she replied no I can’t make you or sell you anything because it’s the end of the month, I asked her again why the store is opening for no reason, she replied I have no idea why i’m here in the store and open it.
This show you how unprofessional is the customer service compared to the same store I bought from in Dubai for example.
