The worst service Center ever!! Only battery change they do.. And all maintenance activities will be carried out in jeddah and you will end up waiting for at least 1 month till package arrive back from Jeddah and they call you.

Never ever buy they watches at any cost.. They will serve you very bad and will not even listen to you!!

RADO is your worst choises ever..get other prands 👍

نصيحه لوجه الله هذا الموديل من ساعات رادو سيئ للغايه
وتم التواصل معهم وصيانتها وما زالت الماء يدخل بداخلها حتى مع الوضوء فقط ولم اجد منهم اي تعاون او جديه في الموضوع

قمة في السوء لا انصح احد يشتري منهم اذا الساعة مازالت فالضمان وعطلت وديتها الصيانة حجتهم قالوا تستلم بعد ٣ الي ٤ شهور ومعاد التسليم بالفاتورة مفتوح

تجربتي كانت مع الصيانة وللأسف خدمة الصيانة لديهم سيئة . حتى الحزام الجلدي طلبت تغييرة ولي الآن اكثر من 20 يوم لم يتم التأكد من وجودة في المستودع في جدة ..صيانة الغزالي جدا سيئة مقارنة بالمنافسين .
