Amazing store. I spent hours browsing through the book section because they have such awesome books that it was hard to pick one. The employees are so kind and helpful ❤

I chose this branch to pick up my online order, and I was not disappointed. It took me less than 5 minutes before I got my package, and the staff were friendly and professional. Jarir has always been my go-to for more than 10 years now, and they have not disappointed me with their quick and efficient services.

Always my go-to place for my books and gadgets. Staffs on this branch are accommodating. Thanks particularly to the staffs who didn't hesitate to offer assistance since I couldn't find the stuffs im planned to buy and also to the cashier staff that day, he reminded me to use my online discount card (i only bought a book though) 😁

Mr. Vincent was really helpful and supportive at customer complaints. I was worried about a defective product - part missing . But Mr. Vincent was attend my complaint with an very professional way . And he helped me to replace with brand new item .. big thanks to Vincent support and Jarir . Customer service team .

I would like to commend the excellent employee, Saad, in the library he's an outstanding individual in customer service and possesses extensive knowledge of books and genres.
Additionally, I must also commend the cashier Hamad and the other employees, Who exhibit similar skills in customer interaction and provide valuable advice.
