I got my package in a beautiful box. Unfortunately, the size doesn't suit me well. I contacted them on WhatsApp, and the response was quick. Ms. Amal Ibrahim assisted me and it was remedied within a few minutes. I will have the replacement within a few days. Highly recommended.
