I wasn’t a coffee lover until i went to Nespresso store.. the service is VIP , they make you feel at home! I just love the vibe of this place more than the coffee itself 😅

Salespeople in Jeddah are usually not trained and just checking a box. Nespresso is an exception. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable. Sam was excellent. Explained the difference devices and the coffees very well.

I went there to buy the cleaner for my Nespresso machine its for 75 SR

You can use it twice every 6 months. So its seems fair 75sr for cleaning your machine.

Also, I would like to thanks Chris, he explained for me how to reset my espresso/lungo and how to use the cleaner.

I went to tahlia branch in jeddah, big branch and nice staff. From time to time they make offers like buy 10 sleeves and you get 2 cups. Or buy 30 sleeves and get a milk machine. Or 40 sleeves and get a coffee machine.
