علب مزيل العرق غير محكمة الإغلاق وعند استعمالها في المنزل اكتشفت أن نصفها فارغ

بودي شوب المعروف لايعرف لكن الموظفات نفسيتهم مو حلوة كنت باخذ اشياء وتركتها بسبب التعامل

I bought a gift box worth 395 riyals for my friend and the lady gave me a used body mist! She didn't even bother to check the box before packing. I was so embarrassed when my friend showed me the used and leaking bottle. I had to drive all the way back to the store to make them aware of this major blunder by a world renowned brand and I was surprised to see the casual attitude of the sales lady as if nothing had happened. She didn't even bother to apologise for this mistake on her part. Moreover when I asked her to repack the box, she gave me a dead stare as if I was asking for an unnecessary favor. Ideally she should have given me a complimentary product as a compensation for my time and fuel that I wasted in driving back to her to fix this blunder. I didn't expect to have such an unpleasant experience at such a popular brand. Kindly train your staff properly and teach them customer service etiquettes before hiring!
