I always take my cats there the veterinarian Mohammad is great and the salesperson Ali is very polite and accommodating

We brought my 8 weeks old kitty here as she wasn’t eating and was having dhyreah for two days . Met Dr Mohammad Hassan who diagnosed her with FPV . The timely and right diagnosis and the support care given by the Dr and staff saved our kitty s life . She stayed there for 5 days and finally recovered and back to home Alhamdu lillah . Thank you to the staff and the dr who were always there to help and guide us . The place is really cool with birds, cats and kittens, puppies for sale, pet supplies, pet grooming services and pet clinic all in one place . They also have play area for kids where they can play with pet animals and birds before they choose to buy one and also get photographs with those tiny pets . There is a tiny baby monkey too ❤ this my kitten after recovery. Her bed is also from Smart pets . Will update with more pictures from the store

Dr Dua is very professional and care a lot for the pet also the staff clyde and rajib and very good and helpful

Dr Doaa and her team are amazing. Highly recommend them. Did an amazing job with my kitten who was very ill.

Dr.Ahmad petstore vet handled our dog well... he assessed the dog professionally and told us the main problem and the solution... place is clean,staff are nice too. Price wise competitive i would say.. overall great experience! U can approach clyde filipino staff hes nice as well

It was amazing to have an animal interaction for kids and adults within the city in a convenient location. I was totally surprised on the level of hygiene they are maintaining. The staffs are very friendly especially the staff (missed his name) who is handling the pets. We are regularly visiting this place and the cost is reasonable. Those kids are font of animal must have a visit on this place. Guaranteed, you will enjoy the max.

A wonderful and fun place for children and very clean, although it is full of animals, but it is clean and smells beautiful and the staff are very friendly
