The staff booked an appointment for me, I arrived on said appointment, with the battery replaced within 2 hours of my visit.

They were helpful and sweet. They were gonna take my laptop for a paid checkup but they saved me the money and time by doing a quick check, they found out the problem right away and suggested a solution. My laptop is fried, and apparently it would cost more than a new one to salvage so while the news were heart-breaking lol, I didn’t have to go through a longer process to know.

I genuinely believe that Mr. OTHMAN has cooperated with us so professionally!! I personally highly recommend him for a very sensitive areas in your association, because he’s an integral part of a successful organization

My AirPods had the crackling sound issue. They changed both pods in only one day despite my warranty was finished and the issue was showing only in the left pod 🥳. They know what they are doing 👍

My experience with Aleph up to 4 times, every time I get the best treatment like someone special, and always get the thing I was looking for with benefits, I bought an iPhone from Jareer Bookstore and had some technical issues with it Jareer didn't help me at all, when I went to Aleph they gave me brand new replacement iPhone with no extra charges.. I will absolutely recommend Aleph for purchasing or maintenance any Apple product.
