I had an issue with an item bought at Extra, and when I took it back to customer care they were very cooperative.
I want to specially thank Mr. Khaled from customer care at their King Abdulaziz branch, because he was very cooperative and dealt with my issue right away and with utmost respect and professionalism.

A huge store with wide range of variety items. Well arranged and organized items. One must visit the Xtra website for better understanding , brand and price comparison before items purchase. Sufficient parking available on front area. The stores offers HUGE sale in November every year where offers of 70% are even offered.
