تجربتي لهذا اليوم كانت سيئة. كنت انتظر دوري في الصف وفجأة دخل واحد يحاسب من جهة الخروج. اعترضت وكلمت المحاسب السعودي. فقال فيه صف من الجهة هذي بعد وهو غير صحيح. الصف واضح و له مسار معين. وحتى المحاسب الهندي أيد كلامي. تركت البضاعة ومشيت بدون ما أحاسب. واذا كان عند ريد تاج مصداقية في اهتمامهم برأي الزبون بإمكانهم مراجعة التسجيل لهذا اليوم

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I received from the store at location Al quds st,majidiya,Al Qatif 32631.
During my recent visit, I encountered unhelpful and rude behaviour from Manager Mr. sayed nasir.
I am disappointed with the way of talking and being rudeness in front of other customers just asking for price tag which is missing that time in which I want to purchase.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of customer service i received.
I will never purchase any products in the future from Redtag and not recommend my family and friends.

I am a loyal customer of your store and have always had positive experiences in the past 10 years. However, this recent experience has left me feeling let down and concerned about the level of customer service being offered.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and take steps to address these issues. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and work towards improving the customer experience at your store.
