Spacious room with a wonderful breakfast .
Two ladies at the reception with wonderful attitude...it was worth spending eid holiday at such a place

Best hotel in Al Baha, with the best food that have great variety available till 2 am. Cleanliness is very good with daily service and professional staff. Outdoor seating area for the restaurant at the roof is perfect and parking is available in front of the hotel and at the back area

Beautiful hotel, clean and cozy, bed are tidy & super comfortable, lobby & hallway smells good, food & breakfast are very good. It’s a true escape.
My comments is please work on maintaining carpet, bathroom, and curtains.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful view of the restaurant and excellent cleanliness. The restaurant staff, without exception, are highly professional, cheerful and hospitable, and make the customer feel like a guest in their homes. The food is special, their baked goods are delicious, and the prices are quite acceptable. I hope that they will open an open buffet for lunch at least on Friday. I am very grateful to brother Hassan who always smiled, as he was the first person I met on the first day
of Ramadan.

This only just nudges a 5 star. The staff and facilities are excellent. There are a few issues that have been commented on by other reviewers which I won't repeat. But how on earth does a new hotel get built without water traps to prevent smell coming in from the drains. Either poor design or shoddy work.

I had 1 night stay during a road trip across southern KSA. Great hospitality with service quality and most importantly comfy beds!

My breakfast experience was amazing, the hotel had a beautiful view .
My experience was more positive because of the staff, very helpful and friendly especially mashael Alzhrani, she was very kind and sweet .
The breakfast was fresh and tasty .

It was my first stay at the hotel. I was very impressed with the hotel atmosphere. Very cozy and fun to stay. No stress in reaching out to support staff. Especially Manager Mr. Ibrahim was so much caring. And marshalled his resources to perfection. Pleasant stay I must say.

Very good accommodation! Nice rooms and good beds! It is very clean and all staff is very nice and polite! The breakfast is amazing and so delicious - the restaurant staff was very nice, especially Amir!

It was my pleasure to stay at this hotel, it wasn't the first time for me, I’m visiting them every month for a business trip, and everything looking great, just my request is to add more variety to breakfast.

Moreover, they have a very nice team, previously Reham, and Sarah now, and I would like to thank her for the great welcoming and service.

Still a brand new hotel in Al-Baha. Pretty clean and probably the only property you can actually stay, other properties close by weren't up to the mark.

A little expensive according to their hotel standards. They offer free breakfast inclusive in the room tariff.

Bathrooms inside the rooms are pretty tiny.

Other than that a clean property to stay in.

Best hotel in AlBaha. The location is superb. Neat& Clean , The staff is friendly as well. Breakfast buffet is decent doesn’t have many choices. I would highly recommend it anyone going to AlBaha region.

It's a new property operating since Ramadan 1442. Neat and clean and so far best option in Al Baha but bit expensive. One room with double bed will cost you around SAR 750 which is more than a five star hotel in other major cities of KSA. Wash room is very small and the water dispenser (shattaaf) is dispensing water like a gun 😀. The restaurant is good and the staff is very cooperative. Overall it's good but need some tiny corrections.

I haven’t stayed at the hotel but I can definitely recommend their rooftop restaurant. The food is great and the view from the patio is beautiful. It’s open in the evening.

Thank you Swiss Spirit Hotel an Emad Alzahrani . It was a nice staying. I want to say special thank for Emad Al Zahrani who have a good hospitality and have a good communication skills. The breakfast was amazing.

I just want to recommend for management of restaurant to provide room service for those who can not find opportunity to have breakfast during the period of breakfast.

Restaurant was clean and its a beautiful restaurant with all the staff helping out and being on time specially ibrahim thankyou for your wonderful service. Restaurant has beautiful structure and hygiene also the food was tasty and service was great.do visit this place it is worth for the the time.
