Spent 5 minutes to get my package. The lady assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly. I showed the sms for pick up details. She found the package in one minute. Asked for my card and I paid. And I was done. No waiting time at all. I advise to get the package in daytime or as soon as u get the sms to avoid hassle. It was a pleasant and speedy experience

i sended my shipment in 15 11 2020 and today is 18 11 2020 and my international transit was successfully done and i am shoked in 3 days and they told be 5 days we need to send but only in 3 days but they sended me my the help of dhl thanx smsa for coordination
