Excellent hotel.spacious, spotless rooms with all the amenities large screen.kittel.Excellent room service, spacious bathroom, and cozy mattresses.Despite what they state, this hotel is not five stars. The unpleasant Arab staff members don't know a word of English. Ineffective communication and lack of assistance.

A little expensive, but girl is good. Food breakfast and dinner was very good.

Alhamdulillah praise be to Allah, I could still visit Madinah and Nabawi Mosque. The hotel's location is still in the close perimeter from the Nabawi Mosque, dry season with outside temperature more than 40 degrees Celsius was still okay.

Good location especially for ladies. Hotel cleanliness is very good only Wi-Fi signals issue in rooms rest staff is excellent n helping. At check in they helped a lot upgrade our rooms even without charging anything. Breakfast is awesome.

Excellent hotel and all the staff, including brilliant Saudi team at reception, who spoke superb English. We stayed here recently for our Hajj. Bit of a walk to masjid Haram. Food 5 star and service. Bedroom was very roomy with excellent en suit shower. Would definetly recommend. Hotel manager approached me with glass of water, as was overcome with emotions after visiting Nabi masjid, what can I say. Best wishes, from UK.

5 mins walk to the mosque and have 2 good joints with good food for the cheap price on the ground floor. Rooms are clean and good wifi. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Last minute shopping is possible with close by shops.

Neat and clean environment. Very close to Haram Mubarak. Alhamdulillah, got the room with windows opening to Haram (gate 26) and on the left to Masjid Ijaba. Very friendly, extremely polite and cooperative staff. Easy access to elevators. Breakfast Alhamdulillah, was very tasty variety of cuisines. Staff at dining hall was very cooperative. (Thanks to Mr Shams who exclusively arranged sweetner for me daily). In'sha'Allah, will prefer to stay here whenever Allah swt will bless us to visit the holy city.

Great location with high level of service in Almadina. They provide underground parking.

There food is great and staff are very friendly.
Room is spacious, neat and very clean.

Prices were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend it in Madina.

Stayed here in quad share room from 14th Jan 2016 for 3 nights.

Pros: 4-5 minute walk to the gate 25 which is right infront of the ladies section of the mosque.
Quick check in abd check out.
English speaking staff at the reception.
Comfortable room with 3 full and 1 small bed.
Clean bathroom and quick room service.

Cons: One bed was small in the quad share, would be uncomfortable for someone taller than 5 and a half feet.

Excellent hotel.. Less than five minute walk to masjid AlHaram... Our stay was made comfortable by very nice and helpful staff... Rooms are good size, neat and clean. Will definitely stay here again

Close to the Haram about 4-5 minute walk to Gate 26 of the Prophets Mosque, clean and tidy, nice buffet breakfast. A lot of people who are questioning the star rating of this hotel, clearly don't understand the Makkah hotel market. A 5 star hotel in Makkah is not the same as 5 star in London. Here hotels focus on more being functional than luxurious. Exceeded my expectations, to be honest.
Wifi worked fast in our room.

A four star hotel in Madina. It has well behaved and efficient staff. Location of the hotel is ideal for Pilgrims as they can go to Masjid e Nabvi in less than 5 minutes. Shopping area is located all around the hotel.

Although the parking was small & parking lots were limited I was able to find a parking all the time in my 2-day weekend stay.

Amazing hotel, barely 1/1.5 minutes away from Masjid An Nabawi if you are walking slowly, highly recommended for families with elderly people. Very close to Masjid An Nabawi Gate 25 and 26 (Women's gate), hardly 50 steps away MashALLAH.

Very polite and helpful staff, very clean hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Overall gets a well deserved 5 star hotel. I personally would stay here again and again.

Strategically located just a throw away from Masjidil Haram, making it super easy and comfortable for pilgrims to pray at the mosque. Has a better surrounding with everything we may need: pharmacy, department store, restaurant, etc.
