I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean,providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay . The best part was that it is just near to gate no 338 (ladies entry)which was very helpful for my mother

Overall, my experience at this hotel was truly exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay near masjid

Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is a walking distance to Nabawi mosque and surrounded by malls
I love staying in this hotel but sadly the cleanliness is a bit disappointed. As I noticed there's a mold on the side of the bed. It is not healthy for guests as the room is enclosed with aircon on.
I really hope the hotel management can check and change the bedframe fabric for cleanliness purpose and for the good name of the hotel

During my recent visit to Saudi Arabia, I had the opportunity to stay at the Dalla Tayyiba hotel in Medina. Its location is truly fantastic, just a three-minute walk from Masjid al-Nabawi, which was the main highlight for us. The twin bedroom we stayed in was well-kept, nicely decorated, and cleaned daily. The service throughout our stay was excellent; the reception staff were friendly, approachable, and courteous.

However, it's worth mentioning that price was a consideration, as it wasn't cheap. Nonetheless, considering its proximity to the mosque and the overall experience, it was definitely worth it.

Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, especially for those prioritizing convenience and comfort.

I've wandered about the world solo for years n have gone to 50 countries.

Middle Eastern countries' hotels n hospitality r often lower than others in 1st world countries - lacks in friendliness, human interaction n love n smiles.

I country hopped to Oman, Egypt, Dubai etc.. recently n in need of quiet rest. I've been to many 5 Star hotels e.g Hilton.. in Madinah n I'm pleasantly surprised by Dallah Taibah hotel's initiatives.

The room was splendid n cosy. It was so cosy, n almost sound proof that I cannot really hear the prayer call.

Anyway, they served me a platter of fruits, spiced tea kettle (which I learnt to love - not sweet but loads of ginger, cardamom etc).

Bed was good. Coffee machines n toiletries provided. Bottled water too.

The location was awesome with the supermarkets,bin Dawood, shops n eateries so nearby.

The staff was nice. And accommodate my every requests with love.

There was a beautiful fragrance decorating the lobby n aisles n corridors. Felt like I was in a spa.

Overall, truly happy. My senses were rejuvenated n I got the healing I desired. This has got to be the best hospitality experience in Madinah Hotel.

I noticed the many awards showcased. Keep up the good work. May your business soar even higher. And your hotel be the role model for all Hotels in Mecca n Medina n more.

With such good service, people who come to your hotel like me, won't worry but can focus only on our prayers to n fro Nabawi Mosque.

As a solo female wanderer, I truly love the initiatives done for guests. Cos it makes me feel at home. Well done!

I stayed here for 3 nights and i liked staying here. location wise very close to Rawza, my mom and wife join the salah within 1 min walk to the dedicated section for the female prayer room (gate 25). Herfy is just outside the hotel. There are other food and shops nearby to this hotel which make the staying here more comfortable.

Initially i booked a quadruple room, room seemed big in photo which is not actually. we are 4 adults and one child, found it very difficult to manage the luggages inside, movement inside the room need to be compromised. However, front desk officer Hena helped me a lot and next day we shifted to a juinior suit and thats an amazing room with 5 beds and two bathrooms ( one has shower option only). Room were clean, bed were super comphy, ac worked nicely. standard amenities were there. Just didnt like the hot water supply, not much hot.

Breakfast was fabulous.

Dallah Taibah is an excellent choice if you want closeness to haram, nice and cozy rooms, their lobby has really nice space just to hangout relax and maybe grab a bite or drink. Their front desk and staffs in general were very friendly and helpful to us. Just don't forget to tip them whenever possible, as they really rely on tips more than we imagine. Their breakfast is also great with so many choices. I particularly like the tea/coffee station - they will make your drink in front of you and delicious to boot. Finally, our only complain would be the elevators - for whatever reasons their elevators takes forever to arrive at your floor. So my suggestion to the management, please do something to speed up that process. For hajjis, during five prayers time in particular, have at least 15-20 mine on your hand before the prayer starts or else you may miss the first or second rakats. Anyways, overall I love this place and would recommend to anyone. If you have benefited from my review, please keep me and my family in your prayers inshallah.

Not a sponsored review, my family and I have been staying at Dallah Taiba for the past 4-5 years and we love everything about this hotel! No other hotel has the service that Dallah offers, the WiFi is amazing and most importantly, almost a 3 minute walk from the Prophet's mosque!!! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting!

Dallah Taibah when we went in Feb 2019. Be it hospitality, service, response to request, room service or food...it was just too good!
The food... breakfast...was the most amazing spread ever. It's not just about variety... but the taste... it was simply superb. They have seperate breakfast
buffet for people from different countries... to cater to their tastebuds. The restaurant staff kept checking if we needed anything. They asked if we were happy with the food and if there was anything
missing... they arranged for it immediately.
The reception was very welcoming. Staff
always smiling. The overall experience was too good. If there was a chance to rate it 10 stars..... I would.

Extremely suitable location for families and convenient for ladies specially. Nearby malls are of another attraction to visitors (muatamarin). We have had overall a wonderful experience

Great service, great location very near to alharam!

I enjoyed the stay, but the only thing that bothered me a little is that window of the room is closed with a wooden piece for safety, and for that cannot see the sunlight.

But i will come here again :)

Overall excellent stay.
No complains.
Close to Gate 338 and ladies entrance.
Can be in the mosque in 10 minutes if you go early.

I stayed in many hotels in Madinah but as far as the service and environment is concerned I find it the best. Except for the room size which was a bit small, rest everything was exceptional

Stayed here for one night. Really enjoyed their warm hospitality and comfort in all the services they provide to their guests. This hotel has upgraded it's comfort in all aspects which reflects right from the moment you check in. I really hope they maintain this standard always.

I had stayed here from 25.12.2023 to 30.12.2023. It wss a very good experience. The reception staff are very helpful alongwith concierge staff. I would like to thank you everyone at Dallah Taibah. Stayed here for 6 days, wonderful friendly staff. Nothing was an ask for them. Ideal if you have a family as the women section is close by. Only downside is they need to update the room keys. Lovely people would like to stay here again

Great access to Masjid Nabawi. You can easily walk down the stairs and catch prayers after adhan is called.

Customer service was great and very helpful and very nice and clean atmosphere, highly recommend to my friends and family in the future.
