Good service, we were greeted at the entry, the person asked the nature of enquiry, took out a token for us, and asked us to wait till the number was called. We were called right away, and dealt with. Easy and efficient customer service.

Everything done within a couple of minutes to be honest. Happy with stc, and the 5G network it provides. Super fast and reliable in our area.

had a weird experience at this branch, but a gentlemen named Sultan al mutairi came for rescue and resolved the issue with a smile of his face. We need such people representing the places which will reflect on the company.
