I relocated to Riyadh 3 years ago in search of a gym where I could truly thrive and grow. Interval Plus turned out to be that perfect place for me. The dedicated coaches, who go above and beyond to ensure your safety and provide guidance, make all the difference. It become my go-to spot to unwind, stay active, and boost my mental well-being. This gym truly keeps the community connected! Sometimes, it's the guidance, motivation you didn't even know you needed.

I've had a great experience for the past two years.
The gym is clean, well organized and has a great coaches and staff.
The coaches here are very friendly and helpful, providing tips to help you master the skills, just like you're in a private session with them. Especially Coach Liza, she's helped me a ton – I've improved so much since I started joining her classes.
I love my crossfit community here🤍

I had a very good experience with the coaches they were so helpful [ using equipments and guiding us to follow the right steps]. The place is has good environment where we can enjoy working out due to the friendly coaches/staff.

The best gym that gives me motivation to go to everyday,, because of liza coach🫶,, The service was great from the staff, they cared, keep ask me if I am satisfied each week and I appreciated!

And why I joined because the concept of this gym to have classes with highly trained and qualified athletes/ coaches … This is my first month for my membership, I just hoped there prices would change 🤍Thank you to all interval team.

I have been a member for 6 months I had a good experience and results with my body also the atmosphere of the place is very good and helpful the trainers Liza and Mari are very good they have been a great transformative and thoughtful with me the staff members were great they ensured that everything was clean and organized I had an accident a while ago I lost my AirPods and the staff bayan search the place and find it I am very grateful for her thank you bayan 🙏🏽

I love this gym and i love working out here everything is clean the way they respond to their customers and hear their opinions is amazing, 4 years with this gym and i’m looking forward to another years more

i highly recommend this gym, the facility is well-maintained, the equipments are always clean, the atmosphere is motivating, the staff is incredibly friendly and supportive.

So far is my favorite gym in riyadh the coach are so nice and they watch you and correct your workout! Love it

Honestly I’ve been having a great experience with coach Marie, I always hated going to gyms due to the fear of doing things wrong but here they teach you the right technique with patience and encouragement. Highly recommended.

I have been doing sport for long time, and I haven't done a more intense workout like crossfit. The place is very organized and the equipment is top notch. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, but the best part of the gym are the couches. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Love this place. Highly recommended.
