Highly recommend, gym is small but does the job just right. Trainers are super friendly and helpful. I’d go back again and again

The most energetic fitness classes in Riyadh hands down!

The energy is unparalleled, the protein shakes are excellent.

Reshape is a killer mix of Cardio and HIIT.

Reflex is an intense HIIT circuit.

The salted caramel Macca is bomb!

Marcus is a beast!

Love this place, I find this place on a different level. Staff are so welcoming. They greet you by calling your name which makes you feel part of the place. Trainers are super and well knowledgeable. They motivate you and push you but don’t break you. The consistency in the programs they provide is constant even when there will be one or two participants. The music is uplifting and always changing. The cleanliness of the place and hygiene is of top level. Caring for the environment is on their agenda and they show it. Pricing is not cheap but sometimes they drop promotions that could compensate.I love their boxing sessions specially when you have a tough time at work :) Totally recommended

Best gym in Riyadh without exception. Great HIIT sessions that make you sweat with awesome trainers (Marcus Parkin and Luke Baker) and the music is just fire.

Today was my 1st session and it was Reflex,, really great & amazing session,, coach was very skilled.
Atmosphere & environment excellent.

مبدئياً سجلت فيه تجربة لمدة ثلاث ايام، النادي ورواده مرتبين، والستاف ودودين جداً، عندهم ثلاث صالات وحصص تسجيل من الموقع ومدة الكلاس ٤٥ دقيقة وتقريباً حجم النادي دبل صالات ٩ راوند، وبما ان المدربين بريطانيين والجيم فرنشايز فالاسعار عالية نوعا ما ( اكثر من الدبل تقريباً مقارنة بالسوق)
