Arabic guys bus had washroom inside which was helpful. But he did not provide good service while on umrah. Next time well consider only pakistani indian or bangladeshi people service.
Update: tried Pakistani. And it was hood experience in terms of bus service but he gave hotel so far away. Like 1.5 km away from kubri bridge. Almost used 100 riyals on taxis and tired as well.

Next time only thinking about nearby hotels. Even expensive. Its still better. At least less tiredness and easy to go back n forth in each prayer.

It's good place, nice waiting areas, and more than 6 defrent bus CV companies. Transporting people all over Saudi Arabia. Including Darb alwatan.

Toilets needs repair and maintenance, as all passengers needs to use before and after travelling.
Put up Restaurants and cafes too.,

They access good....but some people who set in tickting area...is so very higher level to his/her self....i ask if we have a available trip 3pm going to dammam....he dont answer my question.....he tell me close the small plastic window because its hot😁😁😁😁🤣✌....what the f...ck....what kind of employee is that...please seminar or tech your employee to kind to other....he/her same attitude 🤫🤫🤫🤫🤬

Nice saptco transportation company and azizia bus station

Safe and convenient to travel long journey.. A lot of authentic views and sceneries along the nearby roads. Meets some friendly foriegn passengers while on travel. Recommended

No doubt about Riyadh Aziziyah Saptco bus stand. Because they have lots of bus here. It’s a very huge bus station at Saudi Arabia. They have lots of rest shelter. Also they have specially residency area for women and kids.

i lost my wallet in a Qassim - Riyadh route today. went straight to the superior supervisor, unfortunately didn't ask him for his name, but he was very very responsive, quickly contacted the driver and instructed him to look for it on board, and followed up until confirmed it was found, and personally escorted me to receive it.. real hero.. i forever hold his debt.

Cozy place to wait for your departure via bus, also a lot of stalls selling different kind of food

It is the biggest bus station. There are a good number of counters of different bus companies. It is spacious, neat and clean. There are some shops to buy different electric products as well as food items.

Big bustan safety parking place 1hr parking 3 riyal inside biga place for weighting
