Pick bus from Riyadh to Jeddah. There is not only SAPTCO bus service but also other companies who provide bus service to various places inside and outside Saudi Arabia. There is also a jawazth counter for international travelers. They too have ABSHER kiosk. There is also many cafeterias and utility store.

Well organized, different shops with a variety of items excellently merchandized, buses arrive and leave right on time. It is also clean with ample seating space

Took bus for umra from here. Bus was good had washroom inside. And place is good. So many agents abailaboe.

The guy in charge of printing a hard copy of my e-ticket made me make my 11am Riyadh to Dammam trip when it was already 11:05am. Big thanks to you. Terminal needs updating but can still do without. Same for the busses. E-booking is excellent. Just happy to see someone willing to go out of their way to help a passenger. So, 5/5.

The new rule is follow because the saptco is converted into other company. So now every region you have different compnay.

I was surprised to see such an amazing bus service, the first time I used it. The station is just like an Airport, you just ride on a bus instead. It’s really upscale and comfortable!

Soudi publich transport company is beautiful from both inside and outside too there is many more business like choclate shop, clothing shop ,fast food counter,perfumes shop ,toys shop and many more inside the transport company it's same like an airport there is a huge rush when I last visit
