Got istimara and it took less than 5 minutes. Very fast service.

Got istemara in 5 min.. Very cooperative staff.. Mandatory Absher appoinment. Though you dont have the police station in list of appointment , just book with any murror and go straight to Malaz , In sha Allah..

No need to visit Muroor if you have istemara card with no expiry date and you have just renewed through absher, happened to my friend who was using same car since 5 years , he renewed and went for new card printing, he was sent back saying the card you have is sufficient.
So printing will be done or required only if u have purchased a new car or got transferred a car on your name and you don't have the physical card.

In order to get there you need to book appointment via absher it’s a very simple process.. anyhow i want to appreciate officer fahad for his sincerity and speed work.. well done.

Excellent service, week day open at 7:30am till 2pm. Vehicle registration card just only 2 minutes. Really appreciate 👍

But from now (28-8-2020) you need to take appointment for this then you will come.
Appointment will take from absher.It named as شعبة مرور الشرق while looking for appointment you need to select this name so you can get it

Visited this office to get renewed Istimara for my car after renewing it online. Arrived at 8:00am and there was nobody in the waiting line... got free with renewed istimara in 5 min...

Best service I ever received in my last 6 years in Kingdom. Took only 5 minuets to go in and come out with my new Istimara (vehicle registration).

Hazel free, easy. Better be there by 8 and before 2pm ..... good service. .. Can't help if system is down

Its just took 5min to take my istemara. But we must take an appointment firstly from absher.
Or there are some arbi brokers outside they will do for money :D

They do not accept anything without absher appointment.

3 صالة الطباعه للبرنت والتامين كانت هي الازحم ولم اخذ اكثر من 15 دقيقه انتظار ودقيقه طباعه برنت الطرف الاخر للسياره وتامينه.
4-وغرفة المحقق للتوجيه خلال 3 دقائق اناظار بالكثير
5- موظف استعلامات نفس المدخل للتختيم دقيقه بالكثير

ولكن ينقصهم تشريعات قانونية لإلزام المتسبب في الحادث الالتزام بالسداد في أسرع وقت ؛ حيث أنه إذا المخالف لم يرد على الجوال يسبب مشكلة في التحصيل وسداد التعويض
