Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences

This hotel is by far the best in our route network. Great staff, very nice rooms, the place smells great anywhere you go. The breakfast is just plain brilliant. The location is pretty good as well, with a nice mall next to the hotel and movie theater. The only critique I do have is that they should sort the elevators out, 9 elevators and there’s no logic in how they sequence. You could be stuck on a floor for a long while.

But apart from that, an amazing place.

The Hilton hotel’s annual appreciation banquet hall surpassed all expectations. From the moment we entered, the ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, setting the perfect tone for our event. I travelled for business and whilst my time in the hotel was limited, I found the lobby area team to be warm & friendly, the check in process was swift and the room was well appointed, very clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was expansive & enjoyable too. One negative point is the requirement to actually see someone on check-out, rather than a key drop facility.

This is a very nice hotel. The women’s pool and fitness center is relaxing, especially for a hotel. There are several restaurants on site, and close proximity to a mall with more food and shopping options as well.

The rooms are clean and comfortable(although carpeted which I’m not the biggest fan of). Shower pressure is nice and I love that there are baths. I have had a good view across every room.

The stand out for the hotel is the friendly staff! Ross was such a treasure to have as a waiter at the Mayrig breakfast.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. I stayed here for about 26 days for work and it was definitely a home away from home. The room was large a d the bed was very comfortable. I definitely appreciated the separate shower and bath. Laundry services were very reasonable and faster than expected. There are some great choices for food in the hotel. Breakfast has so many options for guests to eat their comfort food and also experiment with some different cuisine.
There is a good mall with many shopping options just a short walk away.
The staff provided exceptional service and was very friendly, no question was outside of their scope of knowledge.

Great location.

we booked a two bedroom apartment. I absolutely loved the rooms, spacious, clean and the staff were very friendly.

We had one problem with the fridge in the kitchen was super loud but I wasn’t mad because the room was great.

The location is perfect if you have kids. All the nice kid friendly restaurants were near by. The mall was walking distance and had all the shops you puke ask for.

I will visit again soon!

Was there for a business meeting, and I had to write a review for the technical support staff, especially Fazil Khan, who was super responsive and just great! He helped facilitate all our needs within minutes of asking him and was always there to help. He actually volunteered his own laptop as our laptops were not enough to run the virtual conference style meeting sufficiently. Strongly recommend Hilton Riyadh for business meetings and conferences.

We loved our stay here it truly is a wonderful hotel. Karim and ienal where very helpful and kind and did a wonderful job housekeeping. the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast was excellent such a wide variety of options my kids .loved the crepe station the most

One of the standout features of our stay was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. The level of service we received was truly outstanding, with every team member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From check-in to check-out, the staff exhibited genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. My bad I can’t recall the names of the valet team, but they went above and beyond with their personal touch and leaving us absolutely speechless with the level of their service that was not limited just by receiving and delivering a car. Exceptional service.

The room was very comfortable offering an office space and delightful view that added to the overall experience. Waking up to such a view was a treat in itself.

Moreover, one of the most important factors in choosing the hotel for us was to find the hotel with a location that allows easy access to the airport without the hassle of navigating heavy city traffic. There is also a metro station next to the hotel if you prefer this way of transportation.

Overall, the combination of the welcoming staff, comfortable accommodations with scenic views, delicious breakfast options, and a convenient location made our stay at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residence truly memorable. It's a place I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Riyadh.

Good experience in hotel.. Especially massage and the receptionist man Ahmad very polite he knew how to deal with the client.. . I was visited last month two therapist are very professional and they knew about their expertise regarding the massage I thank for rajhyl and the one guy who referred to me by my friend.. Ronald he is very approachable and professional massue.. I swear these two are commendable therapist thank to management to have this two professional therapist.. I would suggest to change the other music to relaxing music that would be benefit for the guest to relax. But over all thank you Hilton to have a great experience with your luxury place. I would recommend this place to others.

This is a great hotel in a great place. Lovely rooms, great housekeeping, great food, wonderful staff in the Executive lounge, staff at reception could be more attentive. Male Spa was excellent. Very professional

I was attending Sabic Iftar in Amara tent. Service was up to the mark . Banquet team were so proactive really impressed specially Rashid was making sure all the guest’s were well taking care of. I am disappointed by the variety of food. It could be improved comparative to the price.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Rooms and service are great. The price was reasonable comparing it to other 5 atarts hotels.
