Room service and hotel amenities are good. But the main reason made me to give 5 star ⭐ is Restaurant team and Service. Restaurant team under supervision of Mr. Benjamin (Ben) are doing great job. From the moment you step in the restaurant, warm welcome and superb caring service was given. They make sure to come and check on you if you need anything more. And while going out of restaurant warm farewell thank you is always there.
Overall, big thanks to Ben and his team as this kind of super service is given each and every customer who walks in.

We had buffet dinner with colleagues on a Sunday night and our experience was superb. The venue is pristine clean. The scent is very refreshing. The food is delicious especially the salmon. They have wide variety of desserts that are surprisingly not too sweet. Highly recommended!

The place starting from the lobby is great and the ambience feels really soothing and calm. Went here to celebrate with my relatives and the food made the celebration an unforgettable memory. The service here is great especially Mr. Shahadat and Aazam as they were attentive towards us and asking if we ever need something. I would recommend this place as a get-together gathering with other acquaintances and family. 😁🙌

This is my second time I’ve been here and i will comeback again for sure. Every food tastes like your in your own country not minding I’m in Saudi. It feels like i was in my hometown. Freshly sea foods and how they have prepared and cook. Thanks for the mouthful dinner.

The location is nice and the rooms are good. The service is very good specially from the cafe in the lobby, Shahadat, who served us with nice smile.
There is little number of connected rooms which is an issue for families

The cafe of the hotel became my favorite cafe in Riyadh.

The exceptional level of service from the cafe servers like Mr. Sagar and the receptionists with their uplifting spirit makes your day definitely.

Both the indoor and outdoor settings are superb and quiet and very cozy.

Most of the restaurant staff are very accomodating particularly Bartender Shilby who provide us a great service. There's a variety of food and its very tasty most specially worth the price. Thus, is highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bouvardia Lounge café at Crown Plaza, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home.

What truly sets the Bouvardia Lounge café at Crown Plaza apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by Liezl and the rest of the staff. Liezl went above and beyond to ensure that my  experience was nothing short of perfect. Her warm smile, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit.
