Waiting time to clinics and pharmacy was before a big annoying problem but now with appointments schedule and waiting list in pharmacy bring a good experience .staff of pharmacy is very professional and helpful especially dr Ghazy , dr Hammam , dr Omran and others as dr Ahmed best wishes for all

Patient - 70 year Old Male

Dr. Ahmed - ( Main Building 2nd floor ) Saved a relative by diagnosing in 2 minutes and ensuring patient is well received at ER.

Dr. Nadia - Nephrologist - ( New Building - 2nd Floo , below Dialysis Lab ) Diagnosed acute kidney failure and ensured consecutive dialysis to ensure complete anf timely wellbeing of the patient.

Dr. Nidal - Urologist Consultant ( 3rd Floor) that performed the Prostrate examination and correction surgery.

Dr. Mahmoud - Head of Insurance (2nd Floor) for continuous updates and assistance for claims approval.

Medical Director for multiple support .

Brother David and team from the cathlab.

Allied Staff at ER, ICU and the kind nurses. Ofocurse it isnt possible for all to leave a review but its the informed and human approach and patients will woth prayers from all that help the patient recover.

I would like to recommend Dr. Maher Abelghany who is a consultant doctor in surgery, one of the talented doctors I have met here in Arrawdha General Hospital, I can describe him as one of a kind doctor, he did everything he could to treat his patient and especially all his operation. I can vouch for him because I am one of his living proof that I was being cured by him of my serious illness. This hospital have good services and a well-mannered staffs.

I went there terribly sick and see Dr Nadia from the kidneys department from her to now i want to say is the best Hospital in Saudi Arabia the security guard in ER to the cleaners in ICU and all the staff Doctors and Nurses that handle me this past weeks God will bless all off you you are the best in the whole world i never had any service in a a Hospital like i have here ALL STAFF OFF ARRAWADHA GENERAL HOSPITAL ARE CHAMPIONS THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU 😊

I had previously had a really traumatic and scary dental experience but then I met Dr Manar for dentistry work and she saved my tooth from getting a root canal, she also worked on removing all my other cavities- furthermore she did it on such a short notice aswell!!

She removed all my tooth cavities in a really appropriate manner - I had severe anxiety going into the dental office but she made all the tooth filling procedures absolutely PAINLESS - I had a bad experience with another doctor before but Dr Manar and her Assistant Malika are the best team I would recommend if you ever want to get any work done on any of your teeth!

She does a really good job at everything and is the best dentist I have ever come across so far! - will definitely be going to her again.

One of the best hospitals in Dammam. I shopped for hospitals before picking a hospital to give birth and after a few attempts in different places I finally landed in Rawdah. It was my first so I wanted to choose a hospital that was natural-friendly. This was my experience:

- The doctors and nurses are not only qualified but extremely professional. My doctor was Dr. Amal Bousini and I recommend her! She's literally amazing, professional, sweet, kind and extremely patient. I labored for 13 hours, and she was by my side from start to finish.

- The entire hospital is extremely clean and hygienic. Given that I gave birth during peak times of the pandemic, the hospital is super clean and made me feel less anxious. The bathrooms are also squeeky clean. In my labor room, a worker constantly cleaned after me which was just fantastic.

- it's affordable. I recommend this hospital because it's affordable. Given that I paid in cash and did not have insurance to cover me, my doctor gave me some discount for some of the tests. I circumsized my son after birth and it was also affordable.

For anyone thats trying to choose a hospital to give birth, I recommend this hospital and also Dr. Amal!

Few days back delivered baby in this hospital... Had a great experience all doctors and nurses were very cooperative and friendly... They took good care of me and my baby.. Dr Amal and Shaima were very sweet and cooperative.. Worth going there.. Everything was perfect .. Alhamdulillah... keep up the good work team Arrawdha 👍
