The food was great. Our servers Arkyn, Janice, Hasna, and Ruby were top notch. We really enjoyed the Ramadan Iftar meal. The atmosphere was fantastic and well worth visiting and having a meal there.

A wonderful hotel. The stand out applause goes to the staff, who are always welcoming, friendly, and go out of their way to help you and anticipate your needs. After some 8 hour flights, this is extremely welcome.
The location is suitable for travelling to places nearby by car, but nowhere is within walking distance.
The rooms are very comfortable. A great business hotel.

We are having late dinner in Ramadhan and really have a wonderful experience on it. The Food is nice, the atmosphere is wonderful and the help from Janice and Hasna completing the night. Totally recommend the place

A great hotel to stay for business and leisure. Friendly staff ensure all your needs are met well and on time. Breakfast spread and service are personalised to small details. Kudos to Ahmed, spins around the restaurant and attends to you with passion.

It was a lovely stay. Everything was on point and the staff around were more than helpful. Specially at the entrance. Williams was indeed welcoming and always around with a smile. As well as kawsar who assured that my experience was met with ease.

I’ve been staying here for a month, and my experience is excellent. The staff is very attainable and friendly, from the Saudi lady in the reception, who is very polite and helpful, to the coffee guy, who is always smiling. To the valet and concierges, who are also very professional and always smiling and greeting you, especially Kawsar the bell boy, he always helps and greets me whenever he is around, which makes it feel like home.
The breakfast restaurant is just perfect, with various options for all diets. The team there is very welcoming from the Saudi reception to the Saudi live station chief to the waiters, especially Ahmed, Helen, Said & Ronel.

The hotel is wonderful... the room is very special... and the room services are quick to respond, in addition to the luxurious food, which is distinctive in flavors and dishes.. the hotel's location is on a highway and there are no services close to it... such as a pharmacy and grocery. The hotel's policy of extending check-out hours is very limited. I hope it will be reviewed..

Amazing experience. Very neat and staff very friendly. Kawsar was very prompt and nice to find me a ride. The food tastes good. Massage area is clean and relaxing.

We enjoying the food in Ramadan tent. Perfect specially they have live station shawarma,pasta and conafa .The service was great specially Janice,Cynthia,Bonnie,melson and hamdy

Been here several times and keeps me impressed always. Aside from great food we were also assisted wholeheartedly specifically by miss Janice.

Rashad is my housekeeper and is amazing! In addition to making my room perfect he even made me coffee ! I would want him with me all the time. An excellent staff member.
