The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They will try to help you and guide you. Finding parking is a big challange, I never found a parking there and had to park on the roadside with the risk of parking fine. Except for parking, the branch is good to get the work done.

Very helpful employees. Though due to the weekend there was a rush and the waiting time was long but in the end all went superb.

Many thanks to Hamad Al-Harbi حمد الحربي, he made my journey worthwhile, issued a new SIM after explaining the available packages to meet my requirement, cancelled a 4G subscription which I was struggling with for some time, and arranged for a new 5G Beity subscription, and all that in less than 20 minutes. Really a superb experience. Many thanks to the team involved in putting this setup in place with such efficiency.

I loved the place because when I went there I did not know if my colleagues were going to get the most needed help but when I explained the issue I saw the gentleman getting all his thoughts together. And in the end we got exactly what was needed

My enquiry was setting up sim cards connected to my new Iqama. Majid was the initial service greeter, and was very helpful throughout, then Mohamed looked after me, explained the process with a prepaid sim to and they were I could do my Absher, only 2km away. I did that (super easy), came back and Mohamed then helped me through the next steps. Professional, friendly, informative. It was 5 star service.

I went here around 2pm to buy my first sim card. Immediately someone attended my concern and gave me a ticket. Then i went to the cashier, guided me, paid the fee and done in like 5 mins. Quick and great service.

Suggest you go on a weekend as it wasn’t crowded at all on a Saturday.
