The Manager and all staffs in Female Section were all kind and helpful. No stress to customers as they were all polite and always smiling and ready to answer all the needs of their clients.

I was first discouraged by the negative reviews, however when I visited I was quite happy with friendly and helpful staff. the reviews while they provide perspective they remain very personal. we have to remember in most cases we don't write about positive experience but we do when we get bad one, I decided to write this cos I was influenced for a time with the negative ones

The Rajhi banking is the major banking chain in the kindom, due to the vast numbers of most clients trying to get in line for the acquired services, most branches are overwhelmingly crowded, except for this branch. Its maybe small, a passing eye may fail to recognize, but a Professional and great service you will get, in addition to the large parking lot around it.

Although the customer representative was not able to help me but he is very cooperative and give proper customer service. I highly recommend this branch. I will soon come back to this branch to open an account.
