Ascott Corniche Al Khobar

We stayed for three nights and service was outstanding. From greeting at reception by Miss Fatimah till our room, everything was superb. Rooms are spacious and elegant furniture and fixtures. Welcome note, fruits and coffee were excellent. Breakfast had little option but all necessary items were available. Swimming pool for the kids was hot and cozy. Overall a joyful experience and will come back again.

I stayed here for nearly 6 weeks for business travel and I can say that I had a very pleasant experience in this Hotel. The Staff was extraordinary and very friendly. The food was excellent and the overall comfort had a very high standard. When I had any questions or concerns the staff was helpful and always tried to find a solution to make me feel comfortable and this made for a great stay. Also, the nearby beach, restaurants, cafes and overall amenities gave many opportunities to just stroll around after work and relax which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is travelling into the Al Khobar area!

Reception was very accomodating even the guards ..once you arrived infront of the entrance people will come to assist you..Highly recommended

Dry welcoming staff, not our first time as a family and definitely not our last time. Team very fast to respond to guests needs and very clean spacious apartments.

Stayed there for 2 weeks. Feels like a home away from home. 2nd time staying here. From reception, concierge to housekeeping I will rate the staffs 5 stars coz they are very well trained. They are very pleasant and attends to your needs well. Their breakfast has improved with the opening of Khibrieh a lebanese restaurant. Food are nice and fresh and the restaurant staffs are very well trained and pleasant as well. Room is clean and location is good as you can find many cafes and restaurants nearby, lively at night. If you want a lively, noisy, busy environment get a room facing the the Corniche. if you want silence and privacy get a room facing the masjid. Good job Ascott Al Khobar, I will be looking forward to my next stay there again.

I stayed for one night. The experience was excellent. The furniture is new and well-maintained. The hotel is spotless and comfortable. The staff in the reception were amiable and upgraded my reservation. I liked the city view. Check-out was speedy.

Reception staff and Fatimah specifically are highly professional and very hospitable.

There is nothing much to dislike about this hotel. There's a space to work quietly with a printer and additional monitors. The coffee shop downstairs is fantastic.

The housekeeping staff are polite, friendly and clean the rooms really well. The concierge and front office staff are just as polite, helpful and respectful, there's ample basement parking but the highlight for me is the room which was very spacious and equipped with a separate bath and walk in shower. Interior finishes are great as well. I really struggled to find something I didn't like about the room. I would definitely stay there again and happily recommend it to any business traveller.

Okay, if I had to really complain about something, it would be the lighting that was resolved by housekeeping when they adjusted and removed the bottom section of the lampshades in the lounge and bedroom.

It was a good experience staying there, and I would specifically thank Nahla for her attitude and her kindness.

Specially I really appreciate Mrs. Nahla, the way she treats me and my family on very professional way really appreciated.
