It is an amazing medical center. No emergency services

Very clean and not crowded, shorter working hours duration compared to the main hospital
Paediatrics (Dr. Ibrahim) and orthopaedics (Dr. Ashraf) are so professional yet super friendly
And involve you in all relevant information so you’d stay aware of your case or your child’s health.

Pharmacy service is no less, yet there would be a waiting queue in most days

X-ray department is fast and professional

Parking in front of the building has few spots while B2 level almost always have parking spots available

As a frequent visitor, I’d say that nurses are always welcoming and respectful, yet the receptionists are not always on the same level, some are professional and friendly and some are neither.

Big applaud on the great efforts shown in this place.

New, spacious, not long waiting time even without appointment, kind doctors. I visited here 3 times this year, and always satisfied! Probably price might be a bit more expensive, but while insurance covers, I think this hospital is a good choice.

I am thoroughly impressed. I went with no appointment and was helped faster than at any place where I had appointments in the past. Dr Adel and all the staff were friendly and professional and all processes are just so efficient.

Best place to avoid long queu..Doctors are excellent in diagnosis or at least better than the previous hospital i went to..Nurses are very accomodating. Probably perfect if the receptions are taught of the principle of SMILING.

It makes you feel that the whole hospital was made for you alone.
