The Gym is located in a quiet part of the town. It is a bit pricey compared to other gyms, but that means the crowd is less too.
There are two floors with all types of equipment you will need for Cardio and weight lifting. Due to the less crowd you will not have to wait your turn. The equipments are short of new and well maintained.
They used to have multiple instructors, but there is only one now, his name is Abheesh. He is amazing and very helpful.
Overall a good place for a quiet clean workout.

It's the best gym in khobar in terms of it's members. Always empty which makes it very appealing to come in do a workout and leave. The price for a yearly membership is 2.5k sar. The staff are extremely accomidating and friendly. It's the gym gem of khobar. Don't tell anyone!
