The workouts are challenging, and they change every day so you never get bored. The trainers are very friendly and supportive, especially coach Omar and Walid. They always motivate the players to push themselves and give them a helpful tips on how to improve there technique. The atmosphere is very positive and energetic, and I always feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend 9Round Rakah branch to anyone who wants to get fit and have fun at the same time.
