Fitness Time - وقت اللياقة

I had the chance to try this gym for a week as a gift from my friend. It's so great. It has everything that the gym should has plus extra lounge to relax and read with free wifi. I am considering subscribing next month.

Very clean Gym with reasonable prices . Most of equipment are available.

Their Personal trainers team are well experienced.

Best branch in Sharqiyah in my opinion.
Really clean they always sanitize the machines after someone uses it.
The machines in the weight room are numbered in KGS unlike the Faisalyah branch theirs is numbered 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 so you don't know mow much you're working with which is bad that's why I recommend this branch and the coaches are really nice and help u get the right posture.

Excellent facilities like sauna, steam, jacuzzi and pool, great equipment, and also leisure activities!!

To me one of the best gym in Saudi Arabia, they got everything you need and more.
What I also like about it that they have things that normal gyms don't have like; saunas,and steam bathrooms.
There branches are huge,and the machines that they have is the best and most modern machines.
Some people won't like the gym for it's subscription fee, but to me it is perfect for that kind of a gym, but not only that, they have things that guys can go out and hange in the gym that they are going to deffently like it.

Best fitness center in Khobar. Wide range of facilities with expert and very supportive staff. Always have good offers on packages.

Nice Gym. Thanks to coaches. They start training every one hour. That is not happening in all Fitness Time Branches. Clean with good standard.

The best gym in Saudi Arabia. Fitness coaches on hand to help or offer personal training. Equipment is of very high standard and up to date.

Cooperative trainers, nice machines.
Even in rush hours, you can get machine access. I always wait for offer otherwise it's expensive.

The best gyming exoerie.
More like a recreational area for guys. Swimming, squash, table tennis, football, basketball, cold hot jacuzzi, steam bath sauna, bathing area. Also aerobic, weights, cardio exercise separate areas.

Everything is good ,have a great experience of gym and fitness , coaches are really hard worker and friendly ,no complaint so ever.highly recommend for fitness and Gym ,but it's expensive ..

Everythibg is great about this gym ..the only problem is that no cold water in the showers 😐 hopefully this will not be permanent

in this branch the fitness class and they boxing fitness is outstanding, don't miss it, the coach is really great.
