This gym have all the training equipment of different types and machinery are well Maintain nice gym professional trainers and also the sales staff at counter are really nice, explaining in well manner

I have been to Fitness time and Body Masters, but this gym is the best, value for money and everything under one roof. Chose this Mainly because of kickboxing and MMA classes. Well equipped and very professional coach Mr. Mohan.
Only negative i could say is the ring need bit maintenance. Otherwise its 10/10. Will not chose any other gym ever.

This is GYM HEAVEM, the best in whole of Al Khobar for me . Everything you need is available steam, swimming pool , lockers , bathroom, snooker ,tabletennis, cardio ,gym ,aerobics ، kick boxing، indoor football , cross fit , they have like 3-4 same machines for every muscle . Truely worth the money , just close your eyes and join it even if you need help or support trainers will help you. You can check your body far percentage too and get a diet according to it, but i didn't find the diet too helpful .

The gym is amazing and all the equipments are good. The coaches are very friendly specially the kick boxing coach MOHAN SIR. I would request the management to please update the kick boxing equipments and to repair the ring.

Excellent and well organised gym, new machines, new weights, plenty of equipments well maintained and good trainers and crew. I had veen to body masters. And i would recommend thi gym over body masters. As they have reasonable price compared to body masters.

Transferred here from the mafia called Fitness Time gym! This gym- workout area 6 times larger than fitness time, more friendly and professional! Nice stuff and clients! Wish I knew this place before I spent lots of money on fitness time!

No matter what your physique/body type you will get your money's worth ,let be weightless ,loose skin control, body building ,getting fit ,getting healthy or bulking up skinny body . diversified trainers for all nationalities,friendly trainers who actually help newcomers and take care for the old ones aswell .plus using your membership in all of the eastern region power gyms.

The coaches here are very cooperative and supporting unlike most of the gyms in this country. It has all facilities, pretty large aerobic area , with dedicated sessions, games are, indoor football area, pool, steam. All staffs are friendly. Quite crowdy at peak times. Good thing is that they open at 5am in the morning

Great gym overall. very spacious, has a pool, jacousy, aerobics area, cardio area, small football pitch, billiards, Bing bong tables, boxing ring and bags, and lots and lots of weigh lifting gear and machines. The subscription fees are very reasonable and affordable. Opens everyday from 5 am to 1 am except for Friday they open from 4 pm till 11 pm.

Good gym worth your money. Parking is a problem but adjacent streets should provide the answer. Other than this the gym is big enough with two floors accommodating various workout machines and equipments. On the second floor you'll find the aerobics equipments, a small square running track, a boxing ring, lots of threadmills, 3 professional brand table tennis, 3 billiard tables requiring minor repairs but playable, swimming pool, and a small open space for prayer. On the ground floor you will find plenty of showers and toilets with a couple of change rooms. The gym has recently expanded significantly and has started opening as early as 5 a.m.

The kick boxing and arobics coaches are awesome. Less glamorous and more effective

I was actually impressed with the service. My weight goals and how to achieve my goals was clearly explained. All equipment looked in good condition. I felt really welcome! For the price it is really worth it.
