Lived here for 8 years and couldn’t be happier, I highly recommend this spectacular place to consider for everyone who is trying to find a compound,I’m coming back to alkhobar soon and honestly I wouldn’t even hesitate coming back , I tried living in another compounds but honestly there is definitely no place that can compete this! Thank you for this INCREDIBLE experience 😍

I love it here, great community. Everyone is so friendly here and I love the houses. It's small but small is good sometimes. It doesn't get too crowded which is also good.

The Villas are huge and very well designed and just renovated. The location is middle of Khobar and near by all services. Quite compound, very well secured, and friendly staff.

Spend my early and formative years here and while I haven’t seen what is now called Nassim Village in nearly twenty years I recognized it instantly. Glad it hasn’t changed much in all the time since me and my family moved
