One issue I need to mention is when you try to send a package the fees are very high l, for example I bought a product from AliExpress it was about 100 sar including the shipment, I didn't like it and needed to send it back to the seller, the fees from sbl was 170 sar the package was light abou 200 grm only.

Amazing experience! So smooth and straightforward, and very helpful and welcoming staff. I am so happy about how much improvement I'm seeing in the postal service now!

Great customer experience i got my package in 2 or 3 minutes

Staff at the counter is very helpful to get my tracking number. I paid online the VAT of my shipment from USA and printed the receipt. It's Arabic so I didn't know tracking number is not indicated there. With his help, I was able to collect my package. He speaks excellent English, courteous and neat.

We were repatriating to Canada, and could not find a shipping company to transport our personal belongings home. As a last resort, we visited this Saudi Post office to mail our boxes home. The service we received was outstanding. Raed (possibly the manager) was helpful beyond our expectations. He was walking us through the entire process, helped with all the paperwork, while one of the employees was wrapping up our boxes in ceran wrap. Now, all the boxes are in Canada, most of the in our house without any damage. Thank you very much Raed! 🙏💪

My experience was very nice. Three counters were operating and service was quick. Office was nice, clean and recently renovated due rebranding of Saudi Post as SPL.
