DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh - Al Muroj Business Gate

I had a very nice time at the hotel. Very cosy nice atmosphere. Staff are very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast. Chef Wissam and host Asala were very nice, friendly, and made the breakfast experience very special.

We stayed for one night and it was great. Location is busy and the parking is somewhat awkward to get to compared to the front entrance. Check in was fast. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom very good. Bed comfortable and room could be made very dark (no annoying lights on smoke alarms etc). Breakfast was very good and the staff were really kind and made sure our young child was well fed. Price is right and we’ll definitely stay here again. Oh, there are also plenty of restaurants nearby.

Awesome service and the team in the restaurant is one of the most hospitable I have ever met. Big shout out to them and head waiter mr. Robiul. The best!!

The location of the hotel is very good, all major shops are available in the vicinity, hotel even have its own store. Hotel staffs are polite and well behaved and friendly. Buffet breakfast have variety of items as mostly available for any Hilton group hotel. Chefs are also there to customize the need as well. In short have good and happy memories about the DoubleTree by Hilton Al Muroj Business Gate. I had stayed twice here and would love to stay in future if I visit KSA again

Nice place, Helpful staff except Security personals (Advised them to be polite to the guest). Proposed to change the Breakfast items daily wise, without giving same items every day, desert as well. Nice location but little bit noisy. Can recommend to someone else.

Very nice ambience, elegant, calm environment,dedicated staff.

Firstly the hotel is well positioned for access to the airport and local amenities. I stayed here for nearly a month. The staff were great, very polite and professional. Especially Suresh and Joel. Before I would have even sat down my well made coffee and orange juice would be ready to consume. Service was excellent. The food was always tasty and well presented so big thanks to the great chefs. My room was always well cleaned and presented also.
Would happily stay here again.

This hotel is fantastic. I felt warm, comforted, and very well taken care of... I loved the breakfast, the meals and the team that took care of me... Some of them are Shive, Suresh, Taslim and Wilson... God Bless

Actually before i decided to visit i was hestitated when i read the reviews which was Unenthusiastic. But when i visit and book a room reception guy was very welcoming and professional. Especially Mr.hamdan basharat is a big added value to the place. Everything was super wow.

Despite the fact that it’s only my first night 1/6 that Now I wish if it was a little bit longer,but as a DIAMOND member and as one who spend almost 8month out of the 12 a year staying at hotels for job mainly in USA/Canada/Mexico and many different countries around the globe I can tell this is one of the best hiltons I’ve ever been to.
Checking in was smooth and welcoming,
The room was ready, greeted by the manager.
And the second I requested and wondered if I can be moved to a room with more space(if available), they were more than happy to help me with that and moved me to another room that we’ve loved right away (my wife is with me).
I don’t wanna mention names bc I know it’s a teamwork that is putting this kinda service out.

The hotel location, ambiance, food and customer service is highly commendable. Joel has been courteous, accommodating, attentive and enthusiastic. All the staff are friendly with lovely smiles from the hotel entrance to the restaurant. Highly recommended to visit the hotel whether you eat your breakfast, lunch, dinner and stay 😍😍😍.

I stayed at Double Tree by Hilton for 1 night for business. The staff were welcoming and clean rooms. They were very hospital and gave me a late check out.
