This is my university. If you are Saudi definitely go here, the quality of teaching is probably one of the best in the kingdom. If you are not Saudi, you will get good quality teaching, but once you graduate it can be difficult to find medical residency training programs. So, think long and hard before you join. Again, if you are Saudi, that won't be a problem and this is probably one of the best universities you can choose to go to within Saudi Arabia. The students and faculty are amazing. Compared to Batterjee, which is also private and about the same fees, at least in AlFaisal you can see that the money is put into the university and its improvement and I am very proud and happy about that.

Main gate for male students as well as the IELTS exams. May be locked Friday's so you need to use the female one. Beware of signs!!!
