I took a train from Riyadh to Hail. First the station was new and comfortable. Process to train seat was between 7-15 min. There were two types of coffee shop only. The train trip was excellent and exciting since it was my first trip in a train. Secondly, the main issue to use this train, is that there is no real taxi services from the station and the location of this station is far away from the city which means no Uber or carem cars. Generally, it was awesome trip. Hope to ride it soon.

Beautiful station, plenty of comfortable seating, good convenience options like Dunkin donuts , and a few others.

No hassles except for the luggage wait. Generally the case when it comes to riyadh or jeddah. Taxis are easily available as soon as you step out of the station. From there to Olaya cost about 70SR.
