Akaria Mall, located near Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, is a once-prominent shopping destination that unfortunately has fallen into disarray. Despite its grand size and potential, the mall has been closed for approximately eight years due to ongoing metro construction in the area. While the construction has finally been completed, the mall remains largely abandoned and underutilized.

Upon visiting the mall, it becomes apparent that only a few shops have managed to reopen, primarily serving as offices rather than retail establishments. This lack of variety and limited options greatly diminishes the overall shopping experience. It is disheartening to witness the decline of what was once the oldest mall in Riyadh.

One of the few areas still operational is the food court, although it too suffers from a lack of options. The limited selection can be disappointing for those seeking a diverse range of dining choices. It is advisable to check the mall's area on Google Maps to get an understanding of its vastness.

Akaria mall is located in Olaya street, Riyadh having many shopping centers inside, available banks, Atm, offices, fast food centers and many more.

I had my prometric exam in the 7th floor.

It is an old iconic mall in Riyadh, currently it has only couple of companies offices. Unfortunately, no sotres are there anymore.

In the sixth and seventh floors located the Saudi commission for health specialty (SCFHS) examination centre.

Upscale mall during the late 90's before hypermarket was introduce in Riyadh city centre. There are still few shop worth the visit. Offices were located at the upper level were I used to work for more 20 years.

UrPay the international Remittance Company's Head office Named NEOLEAP , In this Mall, We were to go to meet someone in the NEOLEAP office.

the market is very nice place and service branded the items beautiful

Pretty awesome place to work, parking is a headache if you are visiting in mornings. Elevator to go to offices upstairs sometime don't work.
