Loved the Arabian look and hospitality... Breakfast buffet had the best freshly baked croissants and a nice big variety... The only reason I would not give them a 5 star is that they don't have a pool for kids but provide a nice kids room with childcare

A very beautiful hotel. Everything is available, from a washing machine and a microwave to heat the appliances. The room is very well monitored. Cleanliness is monitored. The person who works in the hotel is cleaning the house by the name of Folu, who works on the rooms and arranges the rooms. He has high and meticulous ethics.

Staff always friendly and helpful, I found the room clean and tidy.
The gym and SPA are fantastic.
Well served restaurant with international cuisine, the food was good and cooked well as the breakfast was also varied and plentiful.
Great location to reach my clients and colleagues in Riyadh.
I will definitely come back

This is an amazing hotel. Miss Haya was very kind to us and provided everything that we needed. It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The rooms are very spacious with full of amenities. The service is wonderful! Thank you so much and I will come back very soon!

I booked for 3 adults & 3 children, but we were more persons but still, we were not charged extra money, so thank you for that 💚.

The location is great. Everything was near the hotel 🏨 their were a lot of mall near Shaza Hotel. I really like it

Mashaallah one of the best hotel have Iftar buffet , I like the service and menu’s they provide. Good gathering spot we can spend our weekend with family also good advantage. Our friends gathering is very enjoyable with atmosphere theynprovide

The visit was great, the bedrooms come with a bathroom, a kitchen area and living room area, the service is really good and fast, I felt really taken care off and the breakfast buffet was awesome, there were lots of options and they were all pretty tasty.

I had previously a training sessions and been conducted in the hotel. The preparation for the room, equipment and the food are amazing. The staff are very professional especially Mr. sabbir. He is so cooperative and kind and help us a lot during our time there.

We bought the cobone for an international dinner buffet. The ambience was good, calm, and relaxing. The service was good. The food was OK. The lamb kabsa was good, and chicken Mediterranean was tasty. Though there wasn't enough variety in buffet. The pasta was Ok, and it was cold. The soup served hot. The salad bar had good options. The dessert was good, 3 fruits were served only. The drinks were included. The juice was served as complimentary. Overall, the experience was average. In this price, it will not be recommended.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are luxurious. I had a kitchen, lounge/office, bathroom and another separate toilet. Stayed solo as a female and always felt perfectly taken care of. The gym is the best I have seen anywhere in the world - very well equipped. Food is varied and served to the highest standard. You’ll likely hear prayer calls from the mosque next door, which you would almost everywhere.

Great hotel in Riyadh, definitely recommended in the capital of KSA. Service was excellent and always attentive to the customer. In my case, Asif was a great help during my stay; but overall the whole team did an amazing job.

Shaza Riyadh is a wonderful place to stay, the rooms are nice, the jacuzzi steam room is stunning and the gym has everything in it that a regular gym goer would need.
Service here is outstanding, I must draw particular attention to my housekeeper - Folu Miah - who goes above and beyond every day to attend to what I need. Cleans my room to an exceptional standard and helps me out to a level exceeding what I was expecting. Thank you Folu!

Ashiqe and Illyas have been amazing during my stay at the hotel. They are so polite and welcoming and can not do enough to ensure you have everything you need. The food is amazing and I have really enjoyed my stay here.

Everything is amazing about this hotel spacious room with the Andalusy style, the whole staff were friendly and helpful, the food during breakfast was perfect.
