I'm staying here for more than three months, and I do really recommend this place. It is clean, apartments are big, well maintained, washing machine and small kitchen are really helpful. Personal is really polite and resourceful, special thanks to Mohamed Salem, for its hospitality. Location is great, lot's of supermarkets near by, bus station #9 as well.

Very nice and clean hotel apartment, with very professional, nice and friendly team.

Overall My stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The hospitality was really good, especially the free tea, coffee and dates upon arrival. The receptionist was really helpful. I believe he is an Egyptian guy called Muhammad.

1. Location is near to malls and commercial area. Easy to reach fun land nearby.
2. Reception is attractive and staff was very cooperative and kind.
3. Basement parking was spacious
4. Apartment consists of living room nice decorated and kitchen equipped with washing machine, oven and electric stove.
5. Bed was fluffy , comfortable. Room was big enough.
6. Washroom was big and clean.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Alhamdulillah, service is good. Very neat and clean, MashaAllah.

Good price per night, they told me they would keep the same price per might had I decided to extend my stay.
Clean, welcoming staff. Quite. Comfortable.
No sure about the internet, but i needed to make sure i get a good signal so I brought my own.
They offer free coffee with dates and bring it to the room
The hotel has good nighboors of facilities such as a gas station, restaurants, and grocery stores. Also, it is accessible from and to main highways.
My only disappointment was I had to replace my room cards almost 5 times and I stayed there for one night. 3 of them were at my check in.

I recently stayed there for my OET exam in ALFAC University which is 5 minutes away. The rooms are clean and the staffs were very helpful. No regrets staying there. Highly recommended hotel.

Excellent hotel and great prices

Perfect location for my meetings.. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. No soap was provided which was a bit strange.
The only drawback was that there was no restaurant at the site.
There was a minimarket nearby or you can order online

Very nice and clean place to stay at. The staff are always eager to help. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Special thanks to Khaled Alsaleh and Metab for their kindness and pleasant and welcoming demeanor. Highly recommended for small families. Only problem we had was that room 103 internal doors could not be closed from the outside. The only way to close the door shut was to lock it from the inside which was inconvenient. We did not have this issue in the other apartment at the 3rd floor

Excellent place. Was at Al Mouroj branch. In terms of cleanliness, it is just superb. The reception guys and other staffs are very humble and polite. I don't know if all the rooms have same facilities like a small workable kitchen (with microwave, electric kettle, etc with basic utensils). Closet with iron and stand, neat too. Washroom with hair dryer. Splits in clean condt and working nice. Bed clean with good mattress. Many near by eateries and markets present. All in all good value for money. I'll definitely recommend this to my colleagues.

I've stayed in Dar Hashim twis! One was in Al Sahafaf branch, and the other was in Al Ryan branch, booth of my staying were excellent! Clean place, nice service with great staff to deal with, specially at Al rayan branch, Abdurrahman Al tamimi, Abdurrahman Alzahrani, and Mr. Mohammed were providing top customer services. I really recommend Dar Hashim. Have a great staying!

The hotel was good, lots of shops, Mall's and supermarket's are close by, clean, and the service is excellent "maybe because our room was next the storage unit" but anything we asked for was delivered in less than 2 minutes

Very kind and helpful staff, they offered me free upgrade as a first time visitor. The hotel it is self very clean and well located with spacious rooms
