Doctors are friendly and explains about your disease or illness.

Nurses responding immediately to your call when you are on bed and have initiative to give your needs before you will ask for it.

Receptions are all available in every department that you can easily ask.

All sections of the rooms are clean and well maintained.

All records that you need for reference for personal file or for any purpose are all ready prior to your discharge.

Over all experience is very good.

I was rushed to the ER back in 2015 and received a very satisfactory treatment. Fast forward to 2023, accompanied someone at the ER and witnessed another great patient experience. We were assisted and CAREd for right away. Their hospital is well-maintained too. Thanks to the whole team. Keep going.

I visited the dentist, Dr Zaki, and he was hands down one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever had in Saudi Arabia. He really explained all my treatment and was honest and patient. His assistant nurse, Aisha Khalid was also very professional. Highly recommend.

Best Treatment for Emergency

This hospital provides emergency first aid service really good . With best doctor mix

Their is a best urologist (Dr. Nasser saber and Dr.gamal naser) , endocrine doctor available in this national care .

The staffs in emergency section was well trained and did their best to help us during a ramadan holiday time .

The doctor in emergency diagnosed the exact cause in matter of 3 hours with all the scans,blood work and physical examination .

The staffs in report collection units are very good and helping in nature .

Areas of improvement:(management of national care )

Improve doctors work satisfaction in their fields
Provide needed training for staffs to be polite even during pandemic
Special field like gynocology , internal medicine , child specialist , and internalist department good doctors with excellent experiance can be recruited . From different culture for best work force culture inside organisation
Work loads can be reduced on nurses and doctors .
My honest opinion after been to emergency section for my spouse hope it helps someone in need

I highly recommend dentist Dr. Syed Zaki in this hospital. He is very skilled and professional and takes time to explain what needs to be done. We always had a pleasant experience here.

Dr. Maani is an excellent echologist, the best I have ever encountered in Saudi Arabia. She is dedicated to her work and devotes a significant amount of time to each of her patients in order to obtain a clear picture of the heart. I sincerely appreciate her efforts. Kudos to her! And Dr. Hussein Elsayed is highly professional in dealing with cardiovascular issues. His advice has been incredibly helpful to me. Thanks cardiologist team of this hospital

This hospital is very good and doctors and nurses all very good

Care Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Riyadh in terms of accuracy of appointments, inquiries, laboratories and analyzes, to the Department of Hypnosis, Insurance and Accounting.

Medical staff from the most skilled doctors from surgeons, nursing staff, medical services and anesthesia, especially dr. Rami Basarda, gastric sleeve surgery department. I went out the second day after the operation other than his continuous follow-up, God bless you.

I also don't forget the suite on the seventh floor of the hospital and the calm and comfort after the operation.
