Dallah Hospitals - Alnakheel

My overall experience at Dallah hospital was pleasant and smooth.

I visited the internal medicine department and I thank Dr Mohammad Al Khamese and Maria Gloria (Gabby) for looking after me after having a scooter accident. They removed old bandages, cleaned up the areas properly and provided a prescription that I needed.

Very professional and most important of all smiling and communicative staff, from the front reception to the doctors.

Highly recommend.

Dr. Mohammed Alkhamis in dermatology is very passionate about his occupation and very considerate. He examined me and helped me with my concerns and provided a great service and assured me that everything is well.

Awesome hospital. Doctors are very competent. Very well managed. Very neat and clean environment. I have visited there multiple times and my experience had always been good. One thing bothered me there were 2 or 3 Radiologists that were on leave in one time which is not a professional attitude.

Very good services hospital in middle of riyadh

Excellent private hospital with almost complete range of medical departments. The doctors and nursing staff are professionals and offer very good service. There is indoor and outdoor unit in the hospital. There are emergency response centers with General ER, Pediatric ER and Gynie ER. Outdoor clinics work Sunday to Thursday till 9 PM. ER is 24/7. Online appointment can be obtained by website or hotline.
Now the West building is also operational with new facilities and better services. It hosts Orthopedic and related clinics and Laboratory.

I like this children Hospital since they are specialist .

The facilities were so nice.

What made this place special is the humanity in dealing with patient and companion in professionalism and honest manner

There's not to say, it's a hospital with most if not all specialties available there. You should make an appointment before you go there.

I would like to thanks Dr Mohammad Alqatan the best Plastic surgeon in dallah for his humanity and his professionalism the scar is invisible and perfect dr Alqatan best surgeon ever !

I had a great experience with my son's EEG at the neurology department .The staff was really cooperative specially i would like to thanks Miss Fatima lab technician she was really kind and dedicated towards her work.

Dental clinic is on 2nd floor

You can go with or without reservation. Better to make appointment with the specific dentist you go with so you can can free visit in a month after your first payment of registration.

For me, my company pay for it so i only pay the tax around 32sar per visit.

Keep in mind that it only applies on this specific arrangement.

Remember or take photos of your file number is a must! So everytime you visit just mention your file number they can easily found your document.

One of the best hospitals in Riyadh. The medical staff is top notch. The admins are very helpful and professional. Facilities are sophisticated and updated regularly. You can book an appointment through their app as well as monitoring and reviewing any labs/radiology services and find the results. It is split into three main buildings which can be a bit cumbersome to navigate through but you find your way pretty quickly.

Visited once for an emergency. They were very professional and caring. Unlike greedy hospitals, they did not ask for information or money until my daughter was checked by the doctor. The price was reasonable too (compared to other big hospitals). It will be my go to hospital.

Best Hospital if you have insurance coverage. Dr Saadia Usman, is one of the best Gynecologist. She is very humble , supportive treat patient in an excellent way. We consult for my sister in law and we were very happy and satisfied with her consultancy. Staff is good and nurses are very supportive.

This hospital gathered all the most professional doctors in the kingdom from different nationalities to ensure the best service for all the patients.
Starting from ER department, there is a triage where the most critical patients will be seen first as there may be a life threatening cases that need immediate attention faster than cold cases who came only for minor problem, this ensure safety and i am sure if my condition is critical God forbidden i will be managed with no delay.
The OPDs became marvelous places especially the new west building with wide spaces and welcoming attitude, no waiting time at all, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and I was seen by the doctor within 10minutes or even less, all are electronic now no paper work at all, my approvals came immediately and I did all my labs with no struggles as before.
The Ob/Gyne OPD is now 2 receptions to accommodate more patients and it is less few waiting hours now. I enjoyed my visit but try to avoid weekends as Saturdays and Thrusdays really they are busy days there.
The Delivery rooms are having all specialists and consultants who deliver, no midwife is delivering there.Midwives are for staying the whole delivery with the woman observing her and her baby, the doctors are always with welcoming attitude in-spite of there busy unit they are very professional in epidural analgesia during delivery, all are senior consultants with great care.
Dallah fertility center is a very professional place with high success rate of pregnancy. I have a relative who got twins after infertility 7years successfully from the first trial IVF, and i have many friends who conceived with only induction ovulation medications.They have good caring doctors also for the male infertility.
I had a neck surgery on March 2020 and really it was the best anaesthesia experience, I felt no pain and I recovered quickly.The ENT surgeon was very kind, professional and cooperative.
The rooms are roamy and furnished well, the nurses are welcoming and caring.
The Hospital has a great adminstration and patient relation office who listen immediately to any complaints and solve them as soon as possible.
All the staff are dedicated to there work in a warm environment
There is no doubt that Dallah hospital Alnakheel is a very successful place with a welcoming attitude. I won’t ever regret for having my check up there.
