It's not the best gym but for the size and price it's pretty good.. the instructors are also very helpful.. equipments are abit old but well maintained.. overall a great place to workout

From Last 10 years i use to Workout in This Gym.. About Gym, i not found same Gym, Atmosphere Anywhere like this. About Couch, i didn't have words to say about.. He the Simply Best. Down to earth and his way of training is Awesome and result oriented.. Anyone can feel the transformation... After join the Strong Gym...

After quarantine the owners made a lot of improvements. It's very clean and fresh, AC and fans on! Very fair price, 200 SARS monthly.

In my view point... I find the training result oriented as in... I am into body building routines since last fifteen years... I gained body fat due to bad eating habits and an unfortunate road side accident.... By following the instruction and methods of training by the master coach Mr. Nawaz... I am able to reduce the body weight 13 kgs in 3.5 months.

One of the best things i found here is the coach expertise ... And his follow up. Moreover, the diet recommendations is on pure natural diet... No powders.. No cheat medicines....
