Took my car to the service and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Make sure to book an appointment ahead of time to be able to save time. They finished the car right on time and handed it back extremely clean. Mohammad was kind to explain o me all that is needed for this cycle of service and was extremely respectful.

Obviously it all depends on the people waiting and differences in issues with customers in the speed of service, I waited a lot in the reception and she wasn’t up to standards. But once I sat with the customer service representative, Naif, he took me through the process and was very very helpful until I took my car after issues were fixed.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by your team and look forward again.

Mr Mohammad Nizar helped me out of the way in getting the car fixed. It just took couple of minutes for him to understand the problem and log into the system. He kept me updated on the process even on public holidays. I work in ICU and I needed the car urgently and I had told him about it. He worked out with his team and handed me the car the same day. Moreover, he waited for me until 0645 pm to hand over the car when the office had already been closed at 0500 pm. I highly appreciate this. Thank you so much Mohammad Nizar. BMW is lucky to have you.

I went there with my motorcycle K1200RS in an emergency (hydraulic tube had gone off). They took well care of issue and even provided a free exchange of fuel lines (as there was a factory callback for this some time ago). Thanks, especially to the British motorcycle service manager.
