So far so good. They did a test drive at my request as I felt I could hear unusual noises when I was driving the car. The technician who drove the car knew his stuff and told me the sounds were normal and that other customers came asking similar things as the car was a new model.

Anyway, I'm happy with the service I got ... I'm now waiting for them to do a 5km service, which was quite reasonably priced actually because I thought it would be much more.

I visited the Service Center today for our car’s 1K Km checkup. The employees are friendly and efficient. I was assisted by MOHAMMED BASHIR, he did an excellent job. The way he explained and answered my questions shown how competent he is.

my car car since 40 day in ALJ garage and still in same condition how i gave them, they telling to me parts are not available when i ask to suzuki they told me gave u r request v will check but this ALJ guys are really! and i am far from riyadh

The branch is vig and excellent location but the sales agents aren't that good. They will only show you what they want you to buy

Eng Mohammed Faqousah is one of the most service oriented engineer i have came accross in multiple car agencies. His hospitality is next to none. His understanding and quick resposes is amazing even in a crouded environment.

The reception was very kind and helpful and the service was good, I have maintenance and they were very quick.
