MG Riyadh - Khurais Showroom - Closed

I was having an issue with my car And when I gave it to the manager Sajed he promised me he will solve that issue soon as possible, and he kept his promise. I gave him the car yesterday and I received it today.

Part 1:
My first experience at this showroom was quiet poor as no one from the sales representative seemed to be interested in any visitors.

The second time around I visited for a test drive. That day Mr Majed Alqahtani was available, and he did a wonderful job of providing me with the details of the vehicle I was interested in. Being an excellent salesperson he convinced me and my wife to opt for the car. May Allah give him success.

Vehicle booked--> arrived at the showroom, however now awaiting delivery as the company is facing issues with number plate registration as I've been told.

So, 5 starts at the moment, owing to Mr Majed's input.
Part 2 of my comments is pending, depending upon how smooth the handover/deliver of the vehicle is and post sales service is going to be.

The reception staff, Mr. Soheil was very accommodating and courteous. It only took an hour for the 1st PMS of my MG RX5. Mr. Munir of the Parts Section was very helpful too, including Abdullah, in explaining consumables and accessories of my car. Thumbs up to all of you!!

The MG team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced, Specifically MR. MAJID.Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make decisions.

The best showroom with the best customer service in the city. I went to many showrooms in Riyadh but didn’t find a sales person like Majid Alqahthani, he is the best in the MG showroom. Will be buying a car soon with the support of Majid, InshaAllah.

Customer service for me was good..

MG cars are awesome in very reasonable range and machining of the car seems durable. I love driving it and also staff is very friendly and supporting both in showroom and workshop.

The car is cheap yet so luxurious and electrical and strong if you want a cheap luxury family car I definitely recommend this one :)
