The steakhouse at Othaim Mall in Riyadh offers delicious and flavorful food that satisfies the taste buds. The quality and quantity of the dishes served are commendable, providing a satisfying dining experience. Each bite is filled with rich flavors, making it a delight for steak lovers.

However, the dining experience is marred by the weak and tardy service. Despite the delicious food, the lack of proper management is evident. There seems to be a disconnect between the staff and the needs of the diners. It's disappointing to see that basic necessities such as cutlery and glasses are not readily available, requiring patrons to repeatedly request them.

The absence of an organized system to track diners and their needs results in frustration and inconvenience for customers. It detracts from the overall dining experience and leaves a negative impression.

In conclusion, while the food at the steakhouse is undoubtedly enjoyable, the lack of efficient service and management diminishes the overall dining experience. Improvement in service quality and management would greatly enhance the restaurant's appeal to customers.

Steak House in Riyadh has consistently been at the top of my list of favorite places. It was my go-to place for dining out with family and friends. It offers an exceptional dining experience. The ambiance is both elegant and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. The steaks are delicious, flavourful and prepared to perfection. The salad bar and soups are a delicious addition to the dining experience. The attentive staff and their service enhances the overall experience. Overall a very nice place for dining out.

I love the fresh soup and salad bar. The steak is good. We availed their unli steak and chicken promo that time we visited. I hope there is a sauce for grilled chicken next time but overall we had a delicious meal.

We ordered Steak ( i forgot the name 😁), Steak House Sliders (mini burgers), Tandoori - Style Chicken. The steak was really delicious, we have it well done, and the peanut coleslaw really complemented it. The tandoori chicken is flavourful and succulent except for the smell, there's something about the smell that i didn't like.. And the rice is just right for the chicken. However I didn't like the cucumber on the side, for me the combination of cucumber and mint and yogurt? Maybe? 🤔 ...it doesn't go well for me. As for the drinks, i didn't like the Iced Tea but I love the Chocolate ice cream Shake because its not too sweet and there's a little bit of bitter taste to it. All in all my experience was nice, the service is also nice. 👍

It was a clean place with good food and a very attentive and accommodating staff. Plus, I had a chance to take home my favorite soup here! Yey! The beef tomato soup😍

✅It's on othaim mall, so you can easily drop by whenever you wanna eat the best steak. Or from eating here you can just get directly to the mall and enjoy shopping.

This is the first time I have such amazing experience, Fridays was one of the worst experiences and now thanks to the hostess Nancy for making our evening with her exceptional service and generous assistance. I can say that she would be a branch Manager soon.

Really great choice, and very economic price, you can take soup and salad and this is too much enough (35 SR) from sunday to thrusady till 5 oclock PM, best soup will be on sunday, monday, and tuesday, this branch also has a very polit stuff alway smiling.
