I recently had the pleasure of spending four nights at the Courtyard by Marriott in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service that set the tone for the entire stay.

The front desk staff, notably Mai, was incredibly professional and helpful. Checking in was a breeze, and her attentiveness to detail was apparent. Likewise, Monahi proved to be extremely supportive, demonstrating flexibility when I requested a room change to one closer to the elevator. The transition was seamless, thanks to his efficiency.

One of the highlights of my stay was the room service. On a whim, I ordered a club sandwich, and to my delight, it was delivered faster than I anticipated. Not only was the delivery quick, but the quality of the food was also remarkable, exceeding my expectations for hotel room service.

Housekeeping deserves a special mention as well. They ensured my room was impeccably maintained daily, all while respecting my privacy and schedule, never once disturbing me. It's this kind of thoughtful service that truly makes a hotel stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Lastly, the London Circle Lounge was a gem within the hotel. The ambiance was exceptionally cozy, creating a perfect setting for relaxation after a day of meetings or sightseeing. The waitresses were professional, attentive, and contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the lounge. It was a great place to unwind, with a good selection of refreshments and light snacks.

His attentive gesture of coming to our table, his culinary expertise combined with his genuine care for guests truly elevated our dining experience to new heights. We were not just diners; we felt like valued patrons, thanks to Chef Emad's warm demeanor and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction. His presence and personal touch are a testament to Marriott's exceptional service, making our stay truly memorable.

This hotel deserved a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in terms of food, service and hospitality. It’s a lifetime experience and definitely worth to visit.
* a mouthwatering Breakfast Buffet and got a lot of options in Olea Restaurant.
* Cosy Diplomatic Lounge that serves a Starbucks coffee and specialty coffee ( V60, Chemex and Drip) perfect to pair with cakes or Croissants.
* Restaurant with a London sports Pub theme is a perfect place for football lovers; have a big screens both indoor and outdoor. Moreover; their dishes will amaze you from salads, main course and drinks ( apparently it’s non-alcholic ). Shisha was serve at 4PM in Terrace.
* Managers ( Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Gaber ) and staffs ( from host to waiters/waitress ) are hospitable and approachable. Special thanks to Charlan and Kimberly for hosting our dine - in experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 months. The restaurant staff were great, specifically Aqib and Rajesh.

Moreover, Abdussatter went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. He assisted me with moving my bags to the room whenever needed and constantly checked in to make sure everything was to a great standard.

Great stay, very hospitable staff. The quality of food was top tier. Very cozy location - 12 mins of a drive from Olaya. Feels less like a commercial hotel and gives off more of an Inn vibe. Quiet and peaceful ambiance. Do try the bbq dinner, great outdoor seating which pairs very well with Riyadh's winters. As of now, this remains my hotel of choice in Riyadh.

Very good indeed, location could be good or bad depends on what you’re after. Have a very nice English bar with foot ball and table pool.

Superb hotel and just impeccable staff. It is like a second home to me.

The rooms are way bigger than the standard, and it has everything I need as a business traveler.

No complaints whatsoever.

Some, however, might find the location far from the center. I personally like it because I can link to all the main highways with minimal traffic.

Above all the nice things at this hotel, Qaisar, the guy at the Omelette Station at Olea Restaurant, is the best Omelette maker I have ever met!

I had a wonderful stay here this past May.

My trip started off on the wrong foot when I lost my phone in an Uber on the way to the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely helpful to me, friendly, and very accommodating under these circumstances.

The facilities were very nice as well.

I also loved the breakfast. I was a fan of the muesli in particular. Really need that recipe!

Years ago we stayed at this hotel and we absolutely loved it! Super clean and the stuff is very friendly! A few month ago, I attended the wedding there and had the same pleasant experience!

We had an international buffet... it was great, both vegetarian and non vegetarian options are available. Live bbq and fresh pasta stations were included in the buffet system.

Located in the diplomatic district this is a the best in price to performance. Amazing buffet, spacious and well equipped rooms, very skilled staff and a nice lounge. For me this is a 5 of 5 in every category.

Stayed here several times - always enjoyed. It is a very well maintained property. Rooms are of decent size and the beds are very comfortable.

On this particular trip, even though we stayed for one night, the service was extraordinary for a small help we asked at the front desk. The gentleman working went beyond to cater to our request.

Would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone likewise.

Great breakfast selections. Steam Bath, Pool, and Hot Tub Attendant is always helpful. Laundry service punctual. Of course, the beds are very comfortable!
